Job Description

ou will be part of the Data and AI experienced team working directly with customers on the production of the use cases in partnership with our sales, marketing, field engineering, product engineering, product management and wider customer success teams. You will assist our customers with tailor-made programmes that fit their needs and ensure that we achieve our business and customer success goals regarding renewal rates, customer satisfaction, expansion, up-sell, and new opportunities. This is a unique opportunity within Databricks working with the EMEA team engaging with our customers in activities such onboarding them onto the Databricks platform, delivering enablement sessions, workshops and content in consideration of priorities. Building that all important Trusted Advisor relationship by providing expertise and best practice. You will report to the Customer Success Manager
