Job Description (detailed) Provide expertise in building ML Algorithm for solving business problems. Define, develop and implement successful project delivery strategies and programs in conjunction with all stakeholders. Continuous improvement and suggestions towards technology excellence for projects. Hands on Role within Eclerx Plan, develop and deliver projects timely with minimal re-work. Understand the requirement and select appropriate models to fulfill the requirement. Analyse and understand the dataset to decide on the appropriate techniques. Mandatory Skills (without these the role cannot be performed at all) Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Conceptual modelling, Statistical analysis & Predictive modelling, Hypothesis testing. Relevant experience in Software Delivery, Project Leadership for large and mid-size corporate and overseas clients. Good communication skills. Secondary Skills/ Nice to have Project architecture designing for efficient delivery/deployment. APIs development. Database designing and implementation in project.
