Job Description

Workday, Inc., a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, is seeking to fill an exciting data science role on the Internal Audit team. The Data Scientist will report to the Director of Analytics and build machine learning (ML) models with an emphasis on identifying anomalies, risks, and gaps in business processes. The bulk of the work will be in building algorithmic models, data exploration and problem analysis, and model operationalization. Additionally, this role will at times be involved in auditing ML models built by the product teams with a specific focus on trust, reliability, accuracy, and fairness of model results.  The Data Scientist will be a key interface between Internal Audit, Business Teams, and Workday Product Teams.
