t Databricks we are on a mission to empower our customers to solve the world's toughest data problems and as an Associate Customer Success Engineer you will play an important role during this journey. In this post-sales customer-facing role, you will be a Databricks product expert providing technical advisory and driving business conversations with the customers. Reporting to the head of the APJ Customer Success team you will be measured on growth and retention of the account portfolio. As a customer advocate, you will leave no stone unturned to help customers develop successful use cases on the Databricks platform. You will nurture customer relationships and cultivate Databricks champions leading to customer references.
